Serving the Ummah
Bait ul Maal (بیت المال) — meaning "House of Wealth" — is a concept rooted in Islamic tradition referring to a public treasury established for the welfare of the community. Historically, it was the institution responsible for collecting Zakat, Sadaqah, Ushr, and Jizya, and distributing them to the deserving.
Inspired by this noble tradition, the Bait ul Maal Foundation was established in 2014 as a registered charitable trust. We collect Zakat, Sadaqah, Fitrana, and general donations and channel them towards education, healthcare, orphan support, widow welfare, and community development — serving people of all faiths and backgrounds.
